AETNA Personalized EOB

Recently, Aetna revamped their Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents to give Members an easier, better understanding of their billing process.
However, there is still a high call volume from Members who don’t fully understand their coverage, claims, deductibles, or bill in its entirety.

Proposed Solution
We decided to create video EOB Avatars to educate + entertain (“edutain”) Aetna Members to be more informed and self-sufficient in understanding their Explanation of Benefits. We used proprietary AI logic to implement and build out rough prototypes.
